CARAMEL BARS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, salt and butter together until crumbly. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Save 1 cup of mixture for topping. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt at low heat: 2/3 c. evaporated milk

Sprinkle chocolate chips on hot bars, then the caramel mixture. Swirl together. Sprinkle remaining crumb topping on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
