COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lbs. broccoli, cut up into bite-sized pieces
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts (whole pecans)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix first four ingredients together. Whisk dressing ingredients in small bowl. Pour over salad and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add nuts. Serves 8-10.
