SPINACH DIP 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thaw, drain, squeeze out water
1 lg. sour cream
2 c. butter
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 envelope Lipton soup, spring vegetable with noodles

Serve in hollowed out loaf of sour dough bread, enough for 2 loaves. Dip with bread chunks.
