FISH CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat, salmon or cooked fish (boned and flaked)
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Corn flake crumbs

Mix egg, lemon juice, mustard, onion, and seasonings in blender. Toss with fish. Mix with sufficient corn flake crumbs to permit shaping of fish cakes. Fry in oil. Drain on paper towels.
