PACKAGED STEAK SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. steak (chuck or round)
1 env. onion soup mix
3 med. carrots, quartered
1 tbsp. beef stock in 1/2 c. hot water
2 stalks celery, cut in sticks
2 or 3 med. potatoes, halved
1/2 tsp. salt

Tear off 2 1/2 feet of 18-inch wide aluminum foil. Place meat in center; sprinkle with mix and cover with vegetables. Pour beef stock over vegetables; sprinkle with salt. Fold foil over and seal securely to hold juice. Place on baking sheet and bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serves 4.
