BANANA IGLOOS | |
1 sm. banana 1/4 c. plain yogurt (or any flavor you like) 1 tbsp. shredded coconut 1. Peel banana and break into small pieces. 2. Mash banana with a potato masher until it is mushy and there are no lumps. 3. Add yogurt and coconut and mix well. 4. Spoon the mixture into small paper cups. 5. Stick a popsicle stick in the middle of the cup. 6. Freeze the mixture until firm, at least 60 minutes. |
