1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

SAUCE:

1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all meat loaf ingredients and place in dish. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
