CHILI CHIP DINNER 
1 bag Tostito chips (crushed, not too sm.)
2 (16 oz.) cans chili with beans
1 med. onion, chopped
6-8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. tomato, chopped (optional)
Lettuce, shredded (optional)

Cover bottom of 4 plates with chips. Heat chili. Spoon chili over chips. Sprinkle onions and cheese over chili. Top with tomato and lettuce, if desired. Serves 4.
