SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes or squash
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 stick butter

Cook potato or squash, add milk, beat. Add rest of ingredients. Pour in well- greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 8 to 12.
