CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 boxes 10X powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
8 to 10 drops oil of peppermint
Drops of desired food coloring

Mix all ingredients well; mixture will be stiff. Refrigerate until cold. Roll in small balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets or trays. Mash each ball with a fork. Let dry, then turn over and dry the bottom side. Pack and refrigerate or freeze.
