2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
7 drops red food coloring
7 drops green food coloring

Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together in small bowl. Blend in peppermint extract. Divide mixture in half. Add coloring to dough. Knead until consistency of pie dough. Form in 1/2 inch balls, roll in sugar. Press into candy molds and remove immediately. Yields 2 dozen.
