CORNMEAL ROLLS 
1/3 c. meal
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
Flour (about 4 1/2 or 5 c., maybe more)
1/4 c. warm water and 1 pkg. yeast

Bring meal and milk to boil. Cook stirring constantly, for few minutes, until tastes done. Remove from heat. Add butter, sugar, and salt. Put in big bowl and add yeast mixture. Then add well beaten eggs. When light (let stand about 5 minutes), add flour and treat as bread.

Make into rolls. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown.
