STUFF #1 
1 lb. ground beef
2 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1/4 head cabbage, shredded
2 lg. carrots, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and drain. Put 1/2 of hamburger into 9x13 pan, followed by potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions. With remaining hamburger, mix can of cream of chicken soup which has been diluted with 1/2 can of water. Pour this over the layers in the pan and cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with crusty French bread.
