3 lb. hamburger
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas or Dorito chips

Brown hamburger and drain. Add all other ingredients except tortillas and sliced cheese.

In 9 x 13 inch pan spread tortillas over sides and bottom of pan. Pour mixture over tortillas and top with cheese slices.

Bake until cheese melts, about 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.

You may use Dorito chips instead of tortillas.
