TACO SALAD 
1 lb. freshly cooked ground beef, cooled
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 sm. head lettuce
1 lg. tomato, diced
2 chopped green onions
1 sm. bag corn chips
Black olives to garnish

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
Dash chili powder
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Layer all ingredients in large salad bowl. Pour salad dressing over just before serving and toss.
