COTTAGE CHEESE JELLO SALAD 
1 small can pineapple, crushed or chunks
1 small pkg. of orange, strawberry or cherry Jello
1 small carton of Cool Whip
1 small carton of cottage cheese

In a saucepan, heat pineapple with juice and Jello until boiling. Pour into mixing bowl and fold in Cool Whip and cottage cheese. Refrigerate several hours or overnight until set.

If desired, you can use pineapple in its own juice, sugar free Jello and low-fat Cool Whip and cottage cheese to make a good dietetic dish.
