JELLO/COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
3 small pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
1 large carton large curd cottage cheese (pour excess whey off)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, diced

Mix jello together with cottage cheese. Be sure all the fruit is drained dry. I even put the fruit on a paper towel and pat until excess liquid is absorbed. Mix fruit into jello/cottage cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Add nuts last. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.

Use any flavor jello, but strawberry seems to be the favorite.
