SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 - 2 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
2 1/2 c. herb seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Brown meat and drain. Grease 13"x9" pan. Layer croutons, cheese, and sausage. Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over casserole. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Put in cold oven at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let stand for 5 minutes.
