BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
2 c. sharp cheese
2 lb. sausage
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 can mushrooms

Place croutons in greased 13 x 9 inch pan and top with cheese. Cook sausage and drain. Place sausage on cheese. Beat eggs.

Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over sausage. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
