BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. croutons
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar button mushrooms

8 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Milnot

Pour this mixture over the casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
