BARBEQUE HASH 
3 lbs. stew beef
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped (optional)
3 tbsp. mustard
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Cook stew beef until tender. Chip into small pieces and add other ingredients. Simmer 2-3 hours or put in crock pot 5-6 hours. Serve with slaw and rolls.
