PEPPER HASH 
12 green peppers
12 red peppers
12 onions
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Grind peppers and cover with boiling water. Chop onions, drain peppers, mix with onions in pot. Add sugar, vinegar and salt. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Fill jars, seal.
