PEPPER HASH 
12 red peppers
12 green peppers
12 onions
1 qt. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar

Chop all vegetables, pour boiling water over them and let stand 15 minutes. Drain. Add vinegar, salt and sugar. Boil together 15 minutes. Store in hot jars standing in boiling water as you fill them.
