CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cut up chicken or turkey breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. can chestnuts
8 oz. can bamboo shoots
4 or 8 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings (opt.)
Pepperidge Farm corn stuffing

Mix all together in a microwave dish. Put bread stuffing on top, as much as you wish, drizzle melted butter over bread stuffing. Optional: Durkee French fried onion rings, last layer.

Bake uncovered on high for a total of 20 minutes. If oven is not a carousel, rotate dish after 10 minutes. My 3 boys and my husband say this is their favorite dish. "Boy, this is delicious. You can make this more than any other meal."

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
