CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. cut up chicken or turkey breast 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. can chestnuts 8 oz. can bamboo shoots 4 or 8 oz. can mushrooms 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can Durkee French fried onion rings (opt.) Pepperidge Farm corn stuffing Mix all together in a microwave dish. Put bread stuffing on top, as much as you wish, drizzle melted butter over bread stuffing. Optional: Durkee French fried onion rings, last layer. Bake uncovered on high for a total of 20 minutes. If oven is not a carousel, rotate dish after 10 minutes. My 3 boys and my husband say this is their favorite dish. "Boy, this is delicious. You can make this more than any other meal." |
