HAWAIIAN FRANKS 
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. chili powder
12 franks
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Cook bacon, do not crisp; add onion and cook until tender but not brown. Stir in pineapple, catsup and chili powder. Score franks diagonally at 1 inch intervals. Add green peppers and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Serve over fluffy rice.
