RASPBERRY DESSERT | |
2 1/2 c. crushed nilla wafers 4 tbsp. melted butter 5 tbsp. brown sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 16 oz. fresh or frozen raspberries 8 oz. whipped topping Mix nilla wafers, brown sugar and butter and press into a buttered 13 x 9 inch dish. In a large bowl, cream sugar, lemon juice, softened cream cheese; then beat in whipped topping. Fold in raspberries and pour mixture over prepared crust. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve frozen. Some years our raspberries are a little tart and I add more sugar. |
