SPINACH SUPREME 
2 pkg. (12 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach or 1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach, washed & finely chopped
Boiling salted water
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash garlic salt
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Cook frozen or fresh spinach in a small amount of boiling salted water just until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain very thoroughly. Mix in the mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste, garlic salt and sesame seeds and half the sliced nut meats.

Turn into a 1 quart casserole (buttered) and sprinkle the remaining nut meats on top. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and nuts are golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
