CINNAMON NUT RING 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. walnuts or almonds
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture well. Add milk and beat well. Fold in nuts. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour into a well greased 10 inch tube pan that has been lightly floured. Bake in a 350 to 375 degree oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. Serve plain or iced with sugar glaze.
