CINNAMON AND NUT COFFEE RING 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Beat 3 minutes. Pour half into well greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half of nut mixture. Pour other half into pan and top with remaining nut mixture. Pour 3 tablespoons melted butter on top and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Leave on rack 10 minutes before unmolding.

FILLING:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
