8 oz. all-beef frankfurters 1 med. size can sauerkraut 1/2-1 tbsp. caraway seeds Make slashes along the end and sides of the franks and broil for a few minutes. Cut franks into 2-inch pieces. Combine all ingredients and bake in a baking dish, uncovered, for about 20-30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 1 or 2. |
