GOLDEN DIPPED FRENCH TOAST 
3/4 c. Aunt Jemima pancake mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg
9 slices day old bread

Place pancake mix, eggs, milk, vanilla and nutmeg in bowl. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Cut bread slice in half diagonally. Dip into batter. Fry in butter in frying pan until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve with butter and jelly. Makes 6 servings.
