CHEESY VEGETABLES 
6 lg. carrots, cut in bite size chunks
3 med. zucchini, cut in 1/4" slices
1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into sm. pieces

Cook carrots in microwave until tender crisp, about 7 minutes; set aside.

Cook cauliflower until tender crisp done, about 5 minutes. Cook zucchini until tender crisp, about 3 minutes.

Pour vegetables into large, deep serving dish. Pour Cheese Sauce over vegetables. Sprinkle additional dill weed over top, if desired.

CHEESE SAUCE: Put 3/4 cup milk in small microwave dish. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Add 1 small jar Cheez Whiz. Add more milk or cornstarch if needed for desired consistency. Stir in 1 teaspoon dill weed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
