4 lbs. beef bottom round roast
1 envelope of onion soup mix
2 c. water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. vinegar

Assemble ingredients in covered Dutch oven and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 3 hours. If desired, may add fresh whole mushrooms before cooking.
