CORNED BEEF - VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 can tomato juice
1 can corned beef
3 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery
1 onion, chopped
1/2 can corn
1/2 can peas
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 qt. water
(Cooked noodles can also be added)

1. In large pot, bring water to boil. Add potatoes and onions and celery.

2. When potatoes are cooked, drain water. Pour in 1/2 can of the tomato juice. Add corned beef. Season with garlic powder. Cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour.
