PUFFY FRENCH TOAST | |
1 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. milk 1 egg, beaten 8 slices white brad Sift together dry ingredients. Blend milk and egg. Add to flour mixture and beat until smooth. Dip bread slices into batter, turning to coat sides evenly. Fry in Fry Daddy until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain. Serve hot. |
