GINGER'S CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can English peas, drained
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 c. salad dressing or mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped water chestnuts

Mix together and put in baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees until chips are brown.
