SAUSAGE HASH BROWN BAKE 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz. French onion dip
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
8 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

Brown and drain sausage. Combine cheese and next 6 ingredients. Fold in hash browns. Spread 1/2 mixture into greased casserole dish. Top with sausage and rest of potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Uncover.

Bake 10 minutes or until heated through.
