1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, butter and eggs by hand. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat rest of ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
