GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 egg
8 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the cake mix, egg, and butter and mix well. Pat into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Prepare filling.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
nuts (optional)

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Add butter: beat. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add peanut butter and nuts. Spread over cake mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. You want the center to be a little gooey.
