BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 medium onion
2 pkg. frozen (chopped) broccoli
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Minute rice
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) jar processed cheese spread

Melt butter in boiler and sauté onions. Add the broccoli, cream of chicken soup, rice and water. Stir together and heat through. Stir in cheese. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes.
