1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows

Grease 9x13 pan; put 1/2 of the peanuts on bottom. Melt butter and chips; add milk. Stir together. Add marshmallows and pour over nuts; pour rest of nuts on top. Cool.
