CREAMY POTATO PUFFS 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (or pimento)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine softened cheese and potatoes. Mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Place in 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
