SHRIMP LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined & boiled
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green peppers, chopped
3 boiled eggs, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. bacon bits

Place shredded lettuce in large salad bowl. Pour drained peas evened out as layers. Layer boiled shrimps, celery, green peppers, eggs and cheese. Cover with Miracle Whip as another layer. Garnish with bacon bits. Prepare hours before serving and toss before serving.
