CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
4 oz. American cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 inch) pie plate with pastry shell

Combine first 6 ingredients; add salt and pepper. Prepare pastry for 1 (8 inch) pie pan. Fill pie shell with meat mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Pour off extra fat. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle on top of meat pie. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Decorate with pickle slices, if desired. Serves 6.
