1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all well. Shape batter in 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Leave in pans and press a mini- peanut butter cup in each so just top shows. Let cool slightly before removing from pans. Yield: 40 cookies.
