AU GRATIN CARROTS 
4 c. carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. plain croutons
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. light cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Place carrots in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over carrot mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until brown.
