KRISTINA'S FAVORITE MACARONI &
CHEESE
 
2 c. macaroni (elbow)
1 block sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
Milk
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Cook the macaroni and drain well. Grease a casserole. Cover the bottom with half of the macaroni, then half the cheese. Repeat. Break the egg into a measuring cup and then add milk until it is two-thirds full. Mix in paprika and red pepper and pour this mixture over the casserole. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
