1 pkg. chocolate pudding (either instant or cook)
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Add chocolate cake mix into pudding and mix.

Pour into grease covered baking pan. Cover with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool with cover on.
