CORNFLAKE FISH 
Fish fillets (catfish or other white fish)
Tabasco sauce
Cornflake crumbs
Olive oil

Wash filets and cut into serving pieces. Heat frying pan and grease lightly with olive oil.

Prepare each fish piece by sprinkling with Tabasco sauce, then rolling in cornflake crumbs. Fry in olive oil on each side until flesh flakes with a fork.
