QUICK AND EASY BUNS 
2 c. hot water
1/4 c. shortening
2 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast
Flour

Pour hot water over shortening. Add salt, sugar and let cool until lukewarm. Add eggs, then yeast that has been softened. Add flour to make a soft dough. Let rise only once and shape into buns. Rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes until brown.
